More Cryptocurrency Options Available on Ya Poker

How fast can I expect my deposit to be processed?
It varies from 5 to 40 minutes. Typically, though, you’re looking at just a few minutes.
My deposit shows as pending. Can I speed things up?
Be patient. Remember, your transactions are processed by miners and the number of transactions that can be confirmed on each block is limited.
I accidentally sent my funds to the wrong address. Can I get them back?
Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do on our end once the funds are sent. Always double-check the address on the order page.
Can I reuse a deposit address?
No, you need to create a new address for every deposit.
What are the deposit limits?
• Minimum deposit = $10
• Maximum deposit = $25000
What are the payouts limits?
• Minimum payout = $50
• Maximum payout = $10000
Is Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash the same?
No, they are not the same. If you request a Bitcoin address, you need to send Bitcoin. The same holds for Bitcoin Cash.
What happens if I send Bitcoin to a Bitcoin Cash (or different crypto) address or vice versa?
Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do as there’s no way to retrieve those funds. Always make sure to send Bitcoin if you requested a Bitcoin address.
I’d like to see a coin added. How can I suggest that?
Go to the Poker Client, click on “Deposit”, then click on “Want a different Deposit Method? Suggest one here”.
What are the fees?
You can expect to pay a miner’s fee on every transaction, but nothing more. We calculate the miner’s fee by looking at the best fee across all coin networks and averaging things out. Below, you’ll find our miner’s fee structure:
